The four elements treatment

Education for the Pirts Spirit four elements treatment is delivered exclusively in Latvia, where you can fully immerse yourself in the unique offerings of Latvian land, tradition, and culture. This one-to-one education is structured across four progressive levels, each building on the previous one to introduce new and exciting skills that you can bring back to offer your guests.

As you advance through the levels, the treatments you learn will become longer and more intricate. You will explore the physiological and energetic properties of various plants, herbs, and trees used in Pirts, how to use scrubs and honey in the treamtent, learn to read your guest’s internal processes to work more effectively with them, and master the safe delivery of hot and cold contrast procedures by learning effective steam techniques and cooling methods to support their intentions.

You are required to complete practice hours in order to progress to the next levels and upon completion of Level 4, you will earn the title of Pirts Spirit Master, where you will be equipped with not only the knowledge and skillset to perform the 1-1 pirts spirit treatment but also the softer skills to be able to create a caring and comfortable environment for your guest.
