In Latvia, the tradition of using nature and herbs for health has been cherished for generations, harnessing the healing properties of the natural world.
Much like our beautiful whisks, our herbs are carefully collected during the summertime in Latvia, when they are at their freshest and in full bloom. Some herbs are bound and dried, similar to the whisks, while others are used to create stunning herbal carpets for guests to lie on in Pirts or to hang for their aromatic qualities. Regardless of their use, the herbs provide a rich aroma and offer the unique medicinal properties of each plant.
We also offer different herbal massage balls made by our tea supplier who loves to get creative with the power of herbs and steam. The herbal tea sacks are for rubbing and washing your skin during Pirts procedures and also provide a beautiful aroma whilst doing so. It helps purify the skin and improve blood circulation.
