Pirts Spirit education offers a pathway to authentic wellness experiences, rooted in Latvian Pirts tradition, guided by nature.
In Latvian Pirts tradition, the sauna (Pirts) is much more than just heat and steam. It's a sacred place where nature, elements and intention come together, a place for transformation and reconnection, where mind and body meet spirit.

Pirts Spirit education takes you on an elemental journey where you progressively gain new knowledge, techniques, and herbal wisdom to invite more of nature's gifts into your space.
The education levels are built around the four natural elements Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Each element carries unique energetic properties that shape the intentions of the experiences you'll learn to create. As you progress through each level, you'll work with plants energetically aligned with that element, deepening your ability to guide intentional Pirts Spirit experiences.
All Pirts Spirit courses are delivered by our philosophy of Experience, Theory, Practice.
EXPERIENCE
Begin as a guest and receive the Pirts Spirit experience, so you can feel its impact and intention. This is important so you understand how you would like YOUR guests to feel.
THEORY
To fully embody the experience, it is important to know the Roots - What we do and Why we do it.
This part will provide fundamental knowledge and confidence to professionally deliver the experience with deeper intention and meaning.
PRACTICE
Practice makes the master.
You will learn and practice with different tree whisks and natural products (level dependent).
You will prepare and give the experiences, provide valuable feedback and inspire and learn from each other.

GROUP EXPERIENCES
2-day on-site training at your wellness center for 8-10 team members (level dependent) and adapted to your wellness space
Private group training at suitable spaces for interested participants
TREATMENTS
5-day immersive courses in Latvia with accommodation and meals included

Full cultural immersion with Latvian Pirts masters and traditional ceremonies
